Our Responsibility
iNova Pharmaceuticals collects information about side effects or adverse events as our ongoing commitment to the safety of our products. Your experience about any possible adverse reaction is important for us to know as it helps complete the knowledge about a product’s effectiveness and risk in the real world.
By reporting adverse events for iNova products, you help us to ensure the safety of our products and our patients. Your information will also enable iNova to fulfill its reporting responsibilities to health authorities globally and to provide updated information to consumers and healthcare professionals to minimise risk and optimise safe and effective use of medicines.
Reporting side effects
A side effect is any untoward medical occurrence in a consumer/patient who has been administered a medicinal product/device that may or may not have been caused by treatment with the product.
Side effects (“Adverse events”) must be reported in accordance with local regulatory requirements. Each of us are different and therefore can have a different reaction to products. If you believe that you have experienced a side effect(s) from one of our products, please talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse.
Reporting product quality concerns
