Purchased Additional Annual Leave
Employees have the ability to purchase up to an additional 2 weeks annual leave each year.
3 iDays a year are available to employees with less than 20 days annual leave available to them. iDays are intended to be used for activities with a perceived health benefit or which proactively address wellbeing.
