Paid Parental Leave
To support an addition to the iNova family, eligible permanent employees are offered 12 weeks paid parental leave as the primary caregiver and 2 weeks paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver. Paid parental leave is offered on a gender-neutral basis and superannuation contributions will also be made.
Additional Annual Leave
Permanent employees have the option to purchase an additional 10 days annual leave per annum to support time away from work.
Holiday Shutdown
If we have met our targets for the year, as a “thank you” iNova will provide a gift of paid leave between 25th December and 1st January to all permanent and fixed term employees. Happy holiday!
